Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts for 14 days. After 14 days of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the product and once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
